The company has purchased a property at the intersection of SH-130 and Maple Street and expects to grow to 100 electrical construction employees in over five years. The facility is located at 2201 Maple Street and is the latest company to choose a site along SH-130 to better serve the growing Central Texas marketplace.

Lockhart, Tex. – Lockhart Emergency Care Center (LECC) has announced it will build a 9,182-square foot facility for emergency care services and urgent care on two acres in Lockhart, Texas. LECC expects to hire over 40 employees for jobs ranging from doctors and nurses to medical technicians and administrated staff, together averaging annual wages at $60,000 per year. The facility is located at the northeast corner of Borchert Loop and City Line Road; an address has not yet been assigned.

Buda, Tex. -- Exeter Buda Land L.P. plans to develop over 600,000 square feet (SF) of speculative industrial space available for lease on 30 acres in Buda, Texas, upon completion of the permitting process. The project expects to create at least 50 new jobs in Buda at a site near the current US Foods facility. Exeter plans to close on the property pending permit approvals and begin construction on Phase 1 of the project in early 2018.
