What do you like most about your job?

I love workforce development. Life-long learning is important to how we grow as individuals. When we can leverage the knowledge, skills, and abilities we have gained through different forms of education, whether that be a degree, certification, or a series of YouTube videos, to widen and improve on the opportunities afforded to us that is workforce development. That growth allows us to improve our individual opportunities and, in turn, add positively to our families, communities, and jobs.

What is your biggest achievement to date - personal or professional?

My biggest professional achievement is my PhD in Educational Leadership, Evaluation, & Organizational Development.

What three words would you use to describe your role?

Industry driven development.

What is your motto or personal mantra?

"If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. ... We need not wait to see what others do." - Gandhi
